Oh! All you need to do is download all the files and put them in the same folder. Then download HJSplit (it's a stand-alone client), unzip, double-click the checkmark application, and then choose 'join' when the menu pops up. Then just browse to wherever you downloaded the files, and select the .001. It'll join everything together for you in one go!
