DRABBLE ME.

the first 5 people who leave me prompts (A MAXIMUM OF 5. I'M LOOKING AT YOU, KATY) will get them written, probably within the next few days. i'm thinking short. ...i hope. i don't know, i've been known to suddenly write really huge, long monsters based off prompts in the past, so i mean, whatever happens!

fandoms, of course, include the following: KAT-TUN, NEWS, Kanjani8, Arashi, Merlin, Psych, House, Empire Records, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy 8, bandom. (and an, if you do this, i'm totes willing to write our plethora of original characters. so.)

of course, i have a bunch of other shit that i probably SHOULD be writing, but you know what, i am a natural procrastinator. (also, i just forgot what i had written for je_hols at the office and i have no way of retrieving it. fail, self. fail.)

i'll talk about my jin weekend sometime this week, also. promises.

"Ahhhh, it's so high!" Ueda may have squeaked, although he'd never admit it because it was undignified, thank you very much. But, regardless, the view was pretty spectacular. The air was fresher in a way, less heady and feeling like it would collapse on top of him if he let all the pressure get to his head, and the sky seemed to be bluer than blue, even despite the fact that winter was barely over and done with. The sun seemed to shine in different angles, too, and although the reflection off the leftover snow piled to the side actually blinded him more, it was a bit of a welcome change. And even with the height, with the added boost further into the atmosphere, he thought he'd be colder, but he felt nothing but the sun on his face, his hair absorbing the rays, the heat from the sun sinking down the rest of his body, spreading out to his fingers and toes. Children with balloons walked by, and Ueda let out a woop of joy when he realized the actual balloon was at about his shoulder, and not his nose.

"Uepi?"

Ueda strained forward, trying to get a glance of Junno's face, but all he could manage was the other's profile. "Hmmm?"

"We can go somewhere and not just stand here. There's a funny hat stand by the ferris wheel?" Junno said, looking like he was trying to get a glance of Ueda's face, too, but only managing profile.

"To the hat stand!" Ueda said, wrapping one arm fully around Junno's neck, careful not to strangle him, and hitched himself higher up on Junno's back, legs wrapped securely around Junno's waist. He pointed dramatically with his free hand. "Hop to it!"

"...Uepi, the ferris wheel is in the other direction." Junno giggled.

"Shush and do your job." Ueda lightly smacked the top of Junno's head (the top of Junno's head!!!).

The words barely left his mouth when Junno took off running. Ueda yelped in surprise, but then laughed the entire way, not caring that this was definitely not idol-like behavior, that his buttt was in the air for all to see, that with the way Junno was running, they could barrel over small children and little old ladies at any given moment. All he cared about was this feeling of being tall, even if this all started because Ueda just wanted a piggyback ride.

OH GOFG DSU THIS WAS A TOTAL AND UTTER MISTAKE TO HAVE READ WHILE WALKING, REMIND ME NEVER TO DO THIS AGAIN OH GOD BECAUSE I AM GRINNING SO SO SO HARD AND CLUTCHING MY PHONE AND PRACTICALLY GIGGLING LIKE A CRAZY PERSON (no really, I DID giggle like a crazy person) AND OH GOD THIS IS PERFECT PERFECT IN SO MANY WAYS I have never EVER seen happy/joyful Tacchan written SO WELL AND OMG THEY'RE AT A FUNFAIR AND OMGGGGGGGGGG I THOUGHT THEY WERE ON TOP OF MT.FUJI WITH THE WAY THE BEGINNING WENT WHICH IS JUST. WONDERFUL. MARRY ME.
